Kate Wilson (they/them) is a poet, student, visual artist, author, and mentor residing in Salt Lake City, Utah with their girlfriend. They are the Editor in Chief of Volume 56 of ellipsis… Literature & Art, and work as an Interview Correspondent with Half Mystic Press and Royal Rose Magazine. Kate is from a small town in California and truly values the magic that is held within a swing set.

Kate is interested in and studies community building, comic books and video games as texts, and cultural theories. Their writing explores mental illness (and particularly bipolar,) gender and sexuality, and the socio-political ramifications of owning a body. They are likely thinking about sheet ghosts or teeth.
